At QLINK TRADING SDN BHD 202601030018 (1692113-T), the Company undertakes that the correct goods are supplied in good condition, and this Return, Refund & Exchange Policy governs the limited circumstances in which goods already delivered may be the subject of a claim. The Customer is required to read it before making a purchase.
Establishing Eligibility for a Return or Refund
Goods sold by the Company are not exchangeable or refundable, save where one of the conditions recorded below is established.
Wrong item despatched: The merchant sent an item other than the one ordered.
Departure from the listing: The item received fails to correspond with the specifications, description, features, or information advertised on the website.
Condition on arrival: The item received is spoiled, damaged, or defective upon delivery.
Delay in delivery: The delivery exceeds the timeline stated in the Company’s Shipping Policy.
Furnishing the Required Evidence
No claim is entertained unless it is supported by the material recorded below, which the Customer must furnish in full.
Unboxing recording: A clear and continuous video showing the parcel unopened, the shipping label, the packaging, and the item received.
First-use recording: A clear video showing the first use of the item, where applicable.
Supporting documents: Such photographs, order details, or other supporting documents as the Company may request.
Submitting a Request to the Company
A claim is validly made only where both of the requirements recorded below are satisfied.
Channel and time limit: Every return and refund request is to be submitted to the customer support team at qlink_trading@outlook.com within 24 hours of the item being received.
Consequence of default: A request submitted after the 24-hour reporting period, or unaccompanied by the required supporting evidence, is not accepted.
